IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND WARNING OF RISK

Freeflow Studio 413 & SUP 413 are committed to providing safe yoga, fitness, and wellness programming, in person and online. The staff continually reduces risks and insists that all participants follow rules and instructions designed to ensure safety.
Yoga and fitness activities are intended to challenge and engage the participant’s physical, mental, and emotional resources. All activity carries an inherent risk of injury due to overexertion, failing to follow safety precautions or instructions, improper technique, slips and falls, equipment failure, or unfamiliarity with equipment or exercise.

You are solely responsible for determining if you or your minor child/ward is physically fit or adequately skilled for the activities you choose to participate in. It is advisable to consult a physician before engaging in physical activity, especially if the participant is pregnant, takes medication, suffers from an underlying medical condition, has a family history of coronary disease, or has recently suffered illness, injury, or impairment.

WAIVER AND RELEASE OF ALL CLAIMS AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK
In signing up for and participating in this program/activity, you will be expressly assuming the risk and legal liability and waiving and releasing all claims for injuries, damages, or loss which you or your minor child/ward might sustain as a result of participating in any and all activities connected and associated with this program/activity.

I recognize and acknowledge that there aere certain risks of physical injury to participants in this program/activity, and I voluntarily agree to assume the full risk of any and all injuries, damages, or loss, regardless of severity, that my minor child/ward or I may sustain as a result of participation. I further agree to waive and relinquish all claims that I or my minor child/ward may have as a result of participating in this program/activity against Freeflow Studio 413 and SUP 413 including its officials, agents, employees, and volunteers.

I have read and agree to this Waiver and Release of Liability, and I have been given reasonable opportunity to discuss this with my legal counsel. Further, I acknowledge that I fully understand the terms of this Waiver and Release of Liability and that I have agreed to it freely and voluntarily, without any inducement, assurance, guarantee, or oral representation being made.
